You can start with a Superior Home Construction floorplan or use a floorplan of your own. During our discussions, we will cover things like room layouts and furniture placement...details like how much counter space you want in the kitchen and whether you want one or two sinks in the master bath. We will also discuss exterior appearances. Do you like soaring roof lines and king trusses over grand entries? Or how about a wrap around porch? Show us your ideas, pictures, clippings or even sketches you have been saving. Perhaps the master bath layout from one plan, the kitchen arrangement from another, the window configuration from even another. We will take all of your ideas and incorporate them into a home design–just for you!
